You purchase a perpetual Archicad 29 license at a significantly discounted price and simultaneously move to a subscription plan, either Archicad Studio or Collaborate. The key difference from a standard subscription: the perpetual license is yours regardless of what you decide at renewal.

You keep your Archicad 29 perpetual license at no cost. It stays at the latest version available at the end of your tenure. You are not forced to renew and you do not lose your software.
